  • Whilst every effort is made to replicate the colours of our products, it is possible that the images may vary slightly from the actual piece of jewellery. Variations occur with computer monitor settings as well as changes during the photographic process.
  • We use natural semi precious stones in the production of our jewellery and this can lead to variations in colour or texture.
  • All sizes detailed within this site are approximate and, in the case of necklaces & bracelets, include the clasp. The images are not real size.
  • Carriage is not included in the price.
  • All our jewellery is hand made to order, we may well have an item in stock but the chances are we will be making it especially for you so allow up to 14 days for despatch.
  • Whilst we try to ensure your product reaches you quickly and safely, we understand that there are occasionally problems with the postal services. We cannot accept responsibility for any losses once a parcel has been given to Royal Mail. We do, however, send all items by recorded delivery to enable us to track the items. Please contact us if you have not received your goods after 14 days. Items made to order may take up to 3 weeks.  Please see delivery information. 
  • We are confident that you will be very happy with your product, however should your items arrive damaged or you are not completely happy, please contact us and we will strive to rectify the problem. Please inform us of damages within 7 days.
  • You may only return a commissioned piece if it is faulty. The 7 working days starts from the day after you receive the goods. We will refund the full purchase price of the item within 30 days of the order being cancelled on the agreement that the goods are returned to us. Cost of the postage to return the item remains with the purchaser. Items returned should be packaged in a suitable way to ensure they are not damaged in transit. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
  • We regret that earrings are non-returnable due to EU hygiene regulations.

  • We reserve the right to change, modify and improve our products without prior notice.
